I have taught the early childhood population since 1978, and worked in the Sterling school system since 1995.  I am employed by the Rice County Special Services Cooperative and assigned to teach the 3 to 5 year-old population.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (1977) from Kansas State University, an Early Childhood Special Education Certificate (1990) and a Master of Arts in Teaching (2006) from Friend’s University.
My husband, Jerry, and I have two children, Lacy and Austin.  They have both graduated from high school.  We live in Ellinwood and farm.
