Tips for Staying Healthy

     1.) Get enough sleep (at least 8 hours a night)

     2.) Eat a healthy diet that includes at least 5 servings of fruits           and vegetables daily

     3.) Take a multivitamin with folic acid and get at least 1300           mg of calcium daily

     4.) Try for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the           week

     5.) Avoid smoking

     6.) Learn to manage stress

     7.) Take time every day to do something you enjoy           (read, paint/draw, dance, cook, talk to a friend, etc.)
