Mr. Weiner joined the staff of USD 376 in the Fall of 1996. He currently serves as counselor for students in grades K-8. At the Junior High, he teaches Technology Modules for seventh grade students and Introduction to Wood Technology for eighth grade students. Additionally, Mr. Weiner serves as the chair of the Professional Development Council. Mr. Weiner earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from Fort Hays State University in 1984. In 1994, he completed a Master of Science degree in School Counseling at Emporia State University. For the first six years of his career, Mr. Weiner taught Industrial Education at Chisholm Middle School in Newton, Kansas. Just prior to coming to Sterling, Mr. Weiner served as K-12 counselor in the White Rock Schools, USD 104. |
