Whenever possible, please give medication at home. This causes less disruption to your student’s school day. If a medication must be given during school hours, the following need to be brought to the school:
1. The medication in its original container labeled with the child’s name.
2. A Permission to Give Medication Form filled out. Over the counter medications need only a parent’s signature. Prescription medications require both a parent and physician's signatures.
