DON’T LET THE FLU GET YOU!

The Rice County Health Department will be at USD 376 on Tuesday, October 22.  Jr   high and high school students may get a flu shot during school if they have a completed consent form and a copy of their insurance card. Your insurance will be filed and any remainder will be billed to the parent. The cost of the flu vaccination is $40. Grade School students need a parent present to receive the flu vaccination. The Health Department will be in the Grade School art room giving immunizations after school from 3:30-4:30. Parents may also receive a flu vaccination at this time. Consent forms are available in the office or download here. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to protect your child from the flu! If you miss this opportunity you may get a flu shot from your doctor’s office or the Rice County Health Department. For more information on the flu shot read this article.
