USD376 is looking to provide additional technical support for those families with students that are quarantined due to COVID 19. If a student is experiencing technical issues, please review the COVID 19 Technology Resources website. The website will provide tutorial videos to assist with troubleshooting a variety of issues as well as insight to various programs being used by the students in their classrooms.
If you are still having issues, the site also provides a form that can be completed requesting tech support. Once the form has been submitted, the tech support team will receive an email regarding your request and they will be in touch as soon as possible.
Finally, there will be an additional link to the COVID 19 Technology Resources website provided under the "District Information" heading displayed under "Menu".
