Dental screenings for the Jr and Sr High will be held on April 13, 14 & 15. Dental screenings for Sterling Grade School will be held on April 20 & 22.
Please send a note to the school if you do not want your child to participate. Prairie Star Health Center will also offer additional services. Teeth cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments will be available. To participate in these additional services we need a consent form to be turned in. This is a great opportunity to get preventative dental services. Prairie Star will bill all insurances for additional services. This is a change from the past. Consent forms are attached and are also available in the office. Please have consent form into the office by April 15th for Jr and Sr High and April 13th for Sterling Grade School.
