The Sterling High School Runnin' Bears will travel to Great Bend on Saturday, October 23rd for their 2A Regional Cross Country meet. The meet is scheduled to take place on Great Bend's Lake Barton Golf Club course. The Lady Bears will run at 11:20 am followed by the Black Bears at 12 pm. Schools participating in this regional include Elkhart HS, Ellinwood HS, Ellis HS, Hoxie HS, Hutchinson-Trinity Catholic HS, Johnson-Stanton County HS, Medicine Lodge HS, Oakley HS, Plainville HS, Pratt-Skyline HS, Smith Center HS, Sublette HS, Syracuse HS, and WaKeeney-Trego Community HS.
