Dental screenings for the Jr and Sr High will be held on February 16-17. Dental screenings for Sterling Grade School will be held on April 5. Please send a note to the school if you do not want your child to participate.
Prairie Star Health Center will also offer additional services. Teeth cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments will be available. To participate in these additional services, we need a completed consent form turned into the office. This is a terrific opportunity to get preventative dental services. Prairie Star will bill all insurances for additional services. Consent forms are attached and are also available in the office. Please turn consent forms into the office. Optional cleanings for the Grade School will be on May 5.
