Sterling Public Schools is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead our exceptional custodial staff.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Supervising four full time custodians
Scheduling
Evaluation
Recruiting and hiring new custodial staff
Some daily cleaning duties
Ensuring that our facilities are maintained at the high level our community expects
Maintaining the grounds at both schools
Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Monitoring HVAC management system and make adjustments as needed
Pay rate starts at $20/hr but could be higher based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick leave, KPERS retirement, and BCBS health insurance.
