Dental screenings for the Jr and Sr High will be held on Nov 1-3. Prairie Star Health Center will also offer additional services. Teeth cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments will be available. To participate in these additional services, we need a completed consent form turned into the office. This is a terrific opportunity to get preventative dental services. Prairie Star will bill all insurances for additional services. Consent forms are attached below and are also available in the office. Please turn consent forms into the office. Please send a note to the office if you do not want your child to participate.
Dental screenings for Sterling Grade School will be held in February and March. Additional information for the grade school will be sent out later.
