Dental Screenings
Dental screenings for Grade School will be held on February 27-29. Please send a note to the school if you do not want your child to participate. Prairie Star Health Center will also offer additional services. Teeth cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments will be available. To participate in these additional services, we need a completed consent form to be turned into the office. This is a terrific opportunity to get preventative dental services. Prairie Star will bill all insurance for additional services. Consent forms are attached and are also available in the office. Consent slips need to be turned into the office February 16.
