Black Bear Cross Country is at Rim Rock this morning north of Lawrence competing in one of the most competitive races in the Midwest. Girls' squad runs at 10:35; Tim Parish runs in the Boys' race at 11:15. Go Bears! #WeAreSterling
Black Bear Debate is up early and on the road to McPherson for weekend #2. Last week, they won at Collegiate. Go Bears! #WeAreSterling
It's Tournament Saturday for Black Bear Volleyball and Tennis. Volleyball is in Lyons, Tennis at Chaparral, both with 9A starts. Go Bears! #WeAreSterling

The Runnin' Bears are back on the course this afternoon at Larned. The meet begins at 3:30 with JH races, followed by the HS divisions. Go Bears! #WeAreSterling
The Bear Cubs are back on the road today. Cross Country runs at Larned with the first race at 3:30. Volleyball and Football are in Inman for 4:00 and 6:00 starts, respectively. Go Cubs! #WeAreSterling
The Black Bears return home for a set of HOA League matches, entertaining Marion this afternoon. C-team at 4, Varsity at 5, followed by JV and the second Varsity match. Go Bears! #WeAreSterling
Following up on Friday evening's 41-6 win over Sedgwick at the varsity level, the JV takes their cuts tonight against the Cardinals. Kickoff set for 6:00 in Newton. Go Bears! #WeAreSterling
